As previously announced we’ve disabled our PackageCloud APT/YUM repositories for the current and stable release channels effective today. Please migrate to the equivalent packages.chef.io repository as documented on docs.chef.io. The latest versions of the apt-chef or yum-chef cookbooks will automate this repo configuration for you.
The following projects have been updated to support our new packages.chef.io distribution services:
Products:
- Chef Server (12.6.0) – Server add-on install with
chef-server-ctl installis the only functionality that will require an immediate upgrade.
Cookbooks:
- apt-chef (1.0.0)
 - chef-ingredient (0.18.4)
 - chef-server (5.0.1)
 - delivery_build (0.4.25)
 - delivery-cluster (0.6.6)
 - push-jobs (2.6.6)
 - supermarket-omnibus-cookbook (1.4.0)
 - yum-chef (1.0.1)

Gems:
- mixlib-install (1.0.11)

Finally, Omnitruck has been taught a few new tricks:
- The metadata endpoint returns packages.chef.io URLs for all queries.
 - You can now install any of Chef Software Inc’s products using Omnitruck’s install script. Full details can be found on docs.chef.io.
